SO Juniors qualify for Yvette Baker Trophy Final
The SO junior squad qualified for the YBT final at DFOK’s Chelwood Vachery event on Sunday. The four SO teams finished in 1st, 2nd, 4th and 7th position in a convincing win over teams from SAXONS and DFOK. Full team results.
South East Individual League winners to collect their awards on Sunday
Fifteen Southdowners won their age class in the annual SE individual league. Prize giving will take place at the end of the Chelwood regional event this coming Sunday.

Jack Leitch heads list of SEOA Long Distance Champions
Jack was the top SEOA runner on the Black course at Ashridge to become M21 champion (although still an M18). He was joined on the podium by nine other Southdowners

Full strength Junior Squad needed for YBT qualifier
There’s always an advantage in having a large squad for the Yvette Baker Trophy. So far we have 26 runners for the qualifying round, but there’s room for more. Please contact Julia Jarvis or Robert Lines if you need guidance on which course to enter.
Coaching at 100 Acre Wood
There’s the regular coaching session this coming Saturday at 100 Acre Wood. Newcomers and club members are welcome to join us and we have a great bunch of friendly coaches with plenty of tips to pass on. Please let Robert Lines know if you will attend (via the Contacts page).

SO help required at the British Middle Distance Champs
Last time this championship was in the South East SO organised it at Worth Lodge. On June 12th this year it will be at Leith Hill and jointly organised by clubs within the region.

Constrasting training camps for SO’s top runners
