SO successes at sprint/middle champs
Four Southdowners made the podium at last weekend’s national championships. Top of the list was Roger Maher who won gold at the middle champs on Leith Hill to supplement the bronze won in the Olympic Park the day before.
Sue Parker also managed two medals - both silvers. Joining them were Stan Heap (bronze in the sprints) and Alan Williamson (bronze in the middle).
