SO successes at SE Sprints
Southdowners picked up four medals at the SE Sprint Champs hosted by LOK over the weekend. Our best result was Ruth Rhodes winning the W70+ class.
There were also Silver medals for Jack Kosky (M18-40), Neil Crickmore (M45-55) and Bridget Hooper (W70+)
