SO Successes at BOC
Roger Maher (M75) and our U18 relay team of Matt, Jack and Ali came away with trophies from the weekend’s British Long and Relay Championships.
The championships were held in the Forest of Dean and were quite a contrast to the JK. Apart from the above two winners Ali Masson also picked up an individual bronze medal in M18E. There were quite a few other individual top 10 placings including the three Heap juniors (Tommy, Scarlet and Stan) who then went on to claim 3rd place in the Junior Ad Hoc relay. Next up are the sprint/middle championships in early May.
