After months of selection races all over the country, two of our junior squad members have been selected for the Junior Regional Orienteering Squads (JROS) summer training camps.
Congratulations to Scarlet Heap (W16) who is going to Deeside and Stanley Heap (M18) who is going to Stockholm. Looking forward to hearing your top o-tips when you get back!
JROS is an umbrella organisation for the 12 UK regional orienteering squads. Southdowns is a member of the South East (SEOA) region. Every year there are a number of summer training camps for M/W14-20 to further develop their orienteering skills.
