GB Honours
A triple whammy of congratulations to Jonny Crickmore (M21) who has been selected to represent GB at the World University Championships in Finland in July, Euromeeting in Denmark in September AND the World Cup in the Czech Republic in October. Good luck from all of us!
From 2019 the World Championships will be alternating traditional forest formats (WOC 2019) with sprint formats (WOC 2020) and many of the major competitions, such as the World Cup, are now doing the same.
Jonny is concentrating on sprint formats and will be competing at the World Cup in the sprint, mixed sprint relay and the new knock-out sprint, as well as the middle distance.
Congratulations also to Stanley Heap (M18) who has been selected for the GB Talent Squad camp at Blencathra in July. Members of the 2018/2019 GB Talent Squad will be chosen from this camp, so good luck to Stan too.
