Training Exercises from Rivers Wood

The group working on the Green/Blue exercises ran on Map1 and Map2.

The aim was to discuss with the coach how to make the best use of the compass for each leg. The options identified were:
- taking a bearing from an attack point
- aiming off to the side of a control and onto a linear feature
- navigating directly from one control to the next
- navigating out of a control and onto a more runnable track
- checking that path running was in the right direction
- not using the compass at all

For each of the legs there are several options to identify.
