Four Southdowners feature in the England selection for the Veteran Home International 2008. Congratulations to: Anna Chapman (W35); Julia Jarvis (W40 reserve); Alan Velecky (M40 reserve); and Andy Parkinson (M55 reserve).
The team selection has just been published for the event in early October, which takes place in N. Ireland.
There are two runners and a number of reserves for each senior class from M/W 35 - M/W 60.
The fixture takes place between the four home countries of England, Scotland, Wales, and Ireland.
Selection was based on good performances at JK, British Champs and a small number of other recent high profile events.
