The AGM for Southdowns Orienteers will be held on Saturday 7th June at 13.00, following the Club Handicap at Great Walstead School, nr Lindfield/Haywards Heath.
The Agenda will be as follows:

4. Chairman’s report
5. 2007 Accounts
6. Officers reports
7. Award of trophies
8. Election of officers (See note below)
9. Any Other Business.
We currently have two vacancies for Club Officials, which we really do need to fill prior to or at the AGM: an Editor for Southdowner and a Northern Area SOG Controller.
If you are interested at all in either vacancy, please contact myself as soon as possible and take this opportunity to get involved with the club !
The AGM will be preceeded by the Club Handicap and as usual it will be bring a plate of food for us all to enjoy something to eat before the AGM.
