JWOC update
In the sprint race on Sunday, Jonathan finished quite a way down 87/158 2.5mins down on the winning time. He reported that he just wasn’t quick enough!
Monday was the long race, over 11km and 400m climb. This was a much better result for him, as he finished in 59th place in 84 min. The winning time being a very impressive 68 min.
Tuesday was a rest day and then today saw the qualification for the Middle final. This consisted of 3 heats of 55 runners with the first 20 to go into the A final. This was very tight with Jonathan finishing in an excellent 12th place just 1.5 min down on the winner.  With 3 of the GB team getting top 3 places in the heats this could be exciting watching tomorrow morning (Thursday)
