We are looking for volunteers to help at the Selhurst Park Level C event on 2nd October 2011.
This event also incorporates the SE round of the Yvette Baker Trophy so hopefully we will get a good turnout.
The more volunteers we have, the more shifts we can incorporate, and the less time each person will need to spend doing their task. I will try to accommodate your wishes as to whether you would prefer to run before or after your shift.
So far we do not have a String course available but there is an area that lends itself to this so if anyone is willing to volunteer to do a String course that would be great!
We need helpers for:
Car parking
Map sales
Registration tent set up and SI (one person in charge and at least one helper)
Results display
Starts and Finishes
Meet n Greet
Control Collection
First Aid - Will qualified First Aiders please volunteer a.s.a.p. as I need to complete the Risk Assessment with a named individual.
