If you are interested in improving your Orienteering skills I am happy to do any of the following:

1. Discuss your course before or after your run.

2. Shadow you round a course (provided you don’t run too fast for me to keep up!). N.B. I can only realistically do this for one person per SOG but if there is a demand for this I may be able to get other experienced Orienteers to help.

3. Give you feedback after the event via email based on your route posted on Routegadget and your splits.
