For those of you travelling to the event from the West remember that the Shoreham Air Show is also on during this weekend.  Having attended the show a few times in the past one memory is that traffic on the A27 by the airport can get pretty heavy.  You may want to consider allowing extra time to get to the orienteering or plan an alternative route.  Gates open for the air show at 08:30 and flying starts at 11:15.  Flying ends at 16:45 and the crowds start dispersing from about 16:15.
