Help needed at SOG1 Devil’s Dyke

I’m looking for some volunteers to help at the SOG1 event at Devil’s Dyke on the 8th Oct.
In particular I need some map sellers, and some help in putting out controls and collecting them in.

SO level C event 2nd October 2011 - Selhurst Park

My helpers schedule is nearly complete but we have just lost a couple of people who were going to help with control collection so if there are any of you who are willing to help with this please let me know. Three volunteers would be preferable.

Other than that if there are any juniors who are familiar with the SI download system who would be willing to help with downloads from 12:30 onwards that would be much appreciated.

Some good news… Besides Tom’s Burger Van being present at the event, Ultrasport have today contacted me to say that they will be coming too so, if you need any new kit, bring your bendy plastic!

Help needed for Selhurst Park level C event: 2nd October 2011

We are looking for volunteers to help at the Selhurst Park Level C event on 2nd October 2011.

This event also incorporates the SE round of the Yvette Baker Trophy so hopefully we will get a good turnout.

The more volunteers we have, the more shifts we can incorporate, and the less time each person will need to spend doing their task. I will try to accommodate your wishes as to whether you would prefer to run before or after your shift.

So far we do not have a String course available but there is an area that lends itself to this so if anyone is willing to volunteer to do a String course that would be great!

We need helpers for:

Car parking

Map sales

Registration tent set up and SI (one person in charge and at least one helper)

Results display

Starts and Finishes

Meet n Greet

Control Collection

First Aid - Will qualified First Aiders please volunteer a.s.a.p. as I need to complete the Risk Assessment with a named individual.

Hi everyone,

Less than three weeks to go and I could still do with some more volunteers to help at the Regional on 3rd October.

If you can just help in one of the duties for an hour or so that would ease the load on the rest who always help to make these events as good as they are.

I still need some offers for:

Erection of registration tent and taping of start lanes (2 required)

Car parking (2/3 required)

Meet and Greet (2/3 required)

EOD (1 required)

Early Start 9:45 - 11:00 (3 required)

Control collection (2 or more required)
