Directions: TQ258110, parking is pay & display, £2 all day (NT members & Blue Badge holders free), suitable for coaches. Come early to avoid crowds; the lot can fill up, especially if the wind is out of the northwest, though people do come and go all the time.
Public Transport: not on Saturdays, unfortunately. It's near the South Downs Way, though, if you like to bike.

Terrain: On the South Downs...large, open hillsides with a good trail network, and details consisting of vegetation, pits, earth banks, charcoal platforms, and a few boulders. And good views. Sometimes gliders to watch.
Facilities: next to a pub, with lavatories (public ones in back).
Course info: Blue 5.23km 245m climb, Green 3.24km 125m climb, Orange 1.94km 75m climb, Yellow 1.39km 65m climb
Registration: From 9.45am - 10.45am (Please no latecomers!)

Start: From 10.00am - 11.00am. Courses close 12.30pm
Fees: Seniors: SO and BOF members (please show your membership card): £3, Others £4 Juniors: SO free, others £1 Dibber hire £1, blank maps £0.50.

Dogs: Dogs are welcome, but must be kept on leads where signs indicate livestock are grazing. Please take dog mess home.
Notes: Wear good shoes on Blue and Green. Some route choice on Blue, and a little on Green and Orange. No road crossings. For safety, all roads are forbidden as routes...stay out in the fields, woods and trails. Give courtesy to equestrians and other users of the area.
